Message from Maine Governor John Hubbard to the Maine House of Representatives in response to an order of the House requesting information about the commissioners of the Reform School and the Insane Hospital. This report has information about the Reform School. Provided are several tables captioned "Abstract of amount claimed and allowed the commissioners of the State Reform School for services and expenses, from September 11, 1850, to April 25, 1851."
