Summary
Resolve of March 30, 1842 originating in the Rhode Island House of Representatives, includes recommended changes made by the Senate on March 31. Included on the same leaf is a report of March 26th, 1842 of a case of small pox of Joseph Peters, a Narragansett, investigated by Samuel Stanton. Only Peters died of the disease; all others in the household were quarantined and cleared of the infection.
