Summary
Report of a joint special committee of the Maine Legislature regarding a petition of Isaac H. Hunt regarding charges against the Insane Hospital. Hunt was confined at the hospital and charged that the experience was harmful. After an extensive investigation, with contradictory testimony, the committee concluded that the hospital was safe.
