Summary
Report of the Sub-Committee of the Committee on Public Works and Corporations regarding the proceeding of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore relative to the endorsement of the Union Railroad Company's bonds and the construction of the new City Hall. Of note, the committee was particularly concerned about the amount of debt and lack of accountability from the government of Baltimore.
