A message to the Governor from the Assembly, Novem. 5, 1755. The Governor had sent a message about 1500 French and Indians camped on the Susquehanna, but no one in the Assembly can find it. There had been cruelties in the area purchased just last year in Albany. Loyal Indians in the area fear being attacked for no reason. the Assembly asked questions that suggested they felt under informed. They wanted to see a copy of the latest Treaty.
