Summary
Child and family in contemporary society is an interdisciplinary scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. The main goal of the Journal is the publication of scientific research that contributes to the development of science whose focus is the child and the family and papers that can influence changes in policies, regulations, programs, and practices relevant to the child and the family. The Journal publishes theoretical, empirical, and review papers from various fields and disciplines that explore the concepts, development, rights, and protection of children and families, such as law, social activities, psychology, psychiatry, education, sociology, political science, economics, history, religious sciences, and other disciplines. The main topics of the Journal are those dealing with children and families (from the perspective of law and related sciences). This journal will fill the gap in Croatian science by contributing to specialization and a more complete understanding of topics in the field of family law.
