Summary
Contains book 9 of the Codex Justinianus, extracts from the Novellae, and book 10 of the Codex Justinianus with marginal glosses. Additional glossing, running headings, and pagination have been added in black ink. Notes have been added in Italian and Latin in brown ink by a third hand, the author of which has identified the work as that of the Pasquier Quesnel, "heresiarche." This same hand has cancelled "9" and "nonus" from the caption and running headings for Book 9 and the Novellae and replaced with "1" and "primus"; and has cancelled "10" from the caption and running headings of Book 10 and replaced it with "2" and "secundus."
