Note
Vol. 2 has imprint: Prostant excusae cum tomo priori apud Joannem Carolum Hraba, inclyti regni Bohem. DD. Statuum typographum, an. 1753; v. 3: Prostant excusae cum prioribus duobus tomis apud Joan. Carol. Hraba ... an. 1754; v. 4: Prostant excusae cum prioribus tribus tomis apud Joan. Carol. Hraba ... an. 1755.
Vol. 1: [12], 335, [5] p.; v. 2: [8], 380, [4] p.; v. 3: [8], 430, [2] p.; v. 4: [8], 577, [3] p.
Signatures: v. 1: pi⁴ ²pi² A-TT⁴ )(²; v. 2: [A]⁴ B-3C⁴; v. 3: pi⁴ A-3H⁴; v. 4: [A]⁴ B-4D⁴ 4E².
Head- and tailpieces, initials.
Vol. 1 here exists in 2 editions, one presumably a page-for-page reprint of the other. Slight differences appear on t.p. and in preliminaries, as well as in the text proper, particularly noticeable in the size of some display types. The t.p. of copy 2 has "Bohemiae" for "Bohem." (the latter form also appears in v. 2-4). Perhaps the 2nd printing of v. 1 (the present c. 1?) was produced together with v. 2 in 1753, as indicated by the v. 2 imprint "Excusae cum tomo primo." Some differences may be noted in addition to the slight imprint variation: on t.p., the height of type in "Notae historicae," "Tomus I.," and "Decretalium"; on pi3a, the "L.S." (locus sigilli) marks differ; at p. 31, par. 79, c. 2 lacks circumflex and acute accents over "exemplo" and "namque" respectively; on p. 33, at line 4, c. 2 has "Semi-ariani, " c. 1 "semi-ariani"; line 12, c. 2 ends "S. Atha.", c. 1 "S. Ath."; at l. 18, c. 2 lacks grave accent over "prius"; line 21, c. 2 ends "ipsorum", c. 2 "ipso-"; on p. 35, 2nd last line, c. 2 prints, incorrectly, "addenda" for "addendo," the latter likely a correction made in the 2nd ed.
