Summary
Notarial instrument recording a loan. Twelve pairs of slits made across the document invalidating it. Two small holes at the upper left corner, a larger hole at line 7, a 2.2cm hole in parchment between lines 17-18; staining and some wear especiallyi along the right margin with some obscuring of text. Instrument signed with notary's sign and statement.
