Summary
Trans-Lex.org contains a comprehensive digest of principles and rules of transnational commercial law. The digest provides access to precedent-authorities needed to ascertain the disputed meaning of key legal terms in transnational disputes and provides thousands of full text references (arbitral awards, court decisions, law review articles, domestic laws, conventions, model laws, international restatements etc.). The database also contains a large bibliography on transnational commercial law. Searching is available and all information is free of charge.
