The resolutions of the House of Commons for the impeachment of Sir William Scroggs, knt., chief justice of the Court of King's Bench : Sir Thomas Jones, knight, one of the justices of the same court : Sir Richard Weston, knight, one of the Barons of the Court of Exchequer : upon the report of the Committee of the Commons appointed to examine the proceedings of the judges in Westminster-Hall, and to report the same with their opinions therein, to the House, and also upon he resolves and votes of the Commons in Parliament, upon that report relating to the arbitrary and illegal proceedings of the said judges.
