A report of the judgment of the Right Hon. J. Radcliffe, in the Court of Prerogative in Ireland, in the cause wherein Thomas Lord Trimlestown was promovent, and Colonel John O'Shea was impugnant, pronounced on the 10th of January 1833 : also, a report of the judgment of Wm. Henn, Esq., master in Chancery, one of the delegates on the appeal from the sentence of Dr. Radcliffe delivered on the 11th of May, 1839, with a written argument on the whole case, in reply to the advocates of the promovent on the hearing in the Court of Prerogative, preceded by an introduction, containing a brief abstract of the history of the litigation which arose in the family of Lord Nicholas, the testator, by the proceedings taken by Lord Thomas, his successor, to impeach his will.
