In the House of Lords, (from the Court of Session in Scotland), Lord Henry Weysford Charles Plantaganet Hastings, second son of the now deceased Most Honourable George Augustus Francis Marquis of Hastings, and Earl of Loudoun and Patrick Dalmahoy, writer to the signet, his tutor ad litem, appellants, the Lady Sophia Frederica Christina Hastings Mure now Marchioness of Bute, eldest surviving daughter of the now deceased Flora Mure Campbell of Rowallan, countess of Loudoun and Marchioness of Hastings procreated of the marriage between her and the also now deceased Francis Marquis of Hastings and (by order of the House) the Most Honourable John Crichton Stuart, Marquis of Bute her husband for his interest, respondent : the respondent case.
