In the matter of the application of the mayor, aldermen and commonalty of the city of New York, relative to acquiring title, wherever the same has not been heretofore acquired, to the lands, tenements and hereditaments required for the purpose of opening Spuyten Duyvil Road (although not yet named by proper authority) from Spuyten Duyvil Parkway, near the Spuyten Duyvil Depot to the junction of Riverdale Avenue and West Two Hundred and Thirtieth Street, as the same has been heretofore laid out and designated as a first-class street or road, in the Twenty-fourth Ward, city of New York, and in re application of Caroline Weigel and others, for damages caused by abandonment, discontinuance and closing of Old Kings-Bridge Road, etc., in the Twenty-fourth Ward, borough of the Bronx, city of New York : memorandum of the city of New York, in opposition to the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
