Illustrates the process of seeking asylum in the United States. Presents the side of the asylum seeker, who gets one hour to discuss his or her case, as well as the side of the asylum officer, who gets assigned cases at random, and has an additional 90 minutes after the interview to research and compose the decision to grant asylum or deport the person.
