Legal treatise by Jacopo Antonio Marta on the authority of the Sacra Rota. Original bookdealer description says this is possibly an autograph manuscript, although no conclusive markings are present.

Collation: Paper (similar but not identical to Briquet, "Oiseau" 12224), fol. ii (modern paper) + 52 + ii (modern paper); 1-4⁶ 5⁴ 6¹⁰ 7⁴ 8² 9⁸; catchwords at the end of each quire except for quires 6, 8, and 9. Layout: Written in 26 long lines. Script: Written in a cursive script by one hand. Binding: The manuscript came into Robbins with no binding. Conservation treatment included adding new endpapers, sewing into a new wrapper (using existing sewing holes) and covering with modern limp vellum.
