Layout: Written in two columns of 50 lines each. Prickings visible for main text; glosses at foot of page ruled in plummet.
Script: Written in littera rotunda with some features of littera bononiensis.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue initials; headings written in red and blue ink.
Origin: Most likely written in Italy during the late twelfth or early thirteenth century; glosses added in the first half of the fourteenth.
