Fragment from a manuscript copy of the Liber pauperum, including Book 2, title 14 and titles 38-40 with glosses in original and later hands. Manuscript used for binding and shows some cockling with partial loss of text.

Collation: Parchment, single bifolium.
Layout: Written in two columns of 41 lines with an additional 8 lines above. Pricking on inner margins.
Script: Written in littera textualis.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue intials; large initials decorated with contrasting pen-work flouries; headings; red and blue keys to glosses; and rubrics. Nota bene sketch of a person on current 1r, and profiles on 2r and 2v.
Origin: Written in England during the second half of the thirteenth century.
