Appears to be a settlement between two monasteries, Noaille and St. Pierre, entered before a lieutenant of the duc de Berry. Includes notaries signature and seal at lower right. Two pairs of slits at foot of document; left one has been stitched. Small holes with loss of text. Note on verso.
