Contract between the monastery of Saint-Marcel, under the abbot Bernard Noalla, and a laborer, Bertrand Chousson, reached on October 28?, 1463. Notary's sign and signature at bottom of document. He appears to be authorized in Tolouse, suggesting that this is the abbey in Réalville. Notarial statement after eschatocol. Note in pencil at top of document, "1463," and notes in ink on verso, including "St. Marcel, 1463 du 28 oct., Realville.. Bail fait par N[?] Benedicti abbe de Saint Marcel à Bertrand Chousson ... terre aux Tapialo..". Remnants of stitching along left margin. Staining at upper right corner. 8 small holes with no loss of text.
