Lease agreement between George Touraille and Dame Jehanne le [Baueux?], dame de Demaillébois (likely Jeanne le Baveux de Maillebois) written by Jehan de la Barre of tabeillon of the town and castle of Bruzolles. De Barre's signature and sign are at the foot of the document. The lease involves land, heritages, and woodlands, including Rouvray. There are notes on the left margin, summarizing the document's contents. Additional notes on the verso describe the Rouvray, summarize the document's contents, and note a later lease entered into by the Seigneur de Breherville. They also include a note about the document's location in the 8th cabinet's 10th bundle, and "en Digny," which suggests that this was executed at Chateaunef-en-Thymerais. Additional notes at top and on margins. Remnants of stitching at foot of document. Wear and staining have partially obscured some of the text.
