Notarial copy of a mandate dealing with taxation and the royal treasury issued by the baron of Romegoux. Signed by Arnoys, magister Pierre Toalln[?]y, and the notary. "Datum et actum in villa Fran[ca] die tercia mensis Augustij anno domini mill[esim]o quadringen[o] sexagesimo quarto." "14" in ink at upper right corner; stain along left margin; small hole in the middle of line thirteenth with no loss of text.
