Lease for a house in Hautefontaine between Jehan Bero[u?]li and Jehan Herbelot; executed before the guardian of the seal and obligations of the bailiff to the Duchess of Orléans, Milan, and Valois acting on behalf of her son, Louis. Signed by notary with his sign and by Herbelot with his. 2 x 33 cm strip of parchment stitched over the bottom edge of the document. Two slits at foot of document. Slight soiling at upper right corner. "1475" in pencil at upper left corner; note and summary of the documents contents in ink by latter hands on verso, including note that this document is "No. 5 de l'an 1475" and "Armoire 1, Boëte 23 Liasse 2."
