Lease for land of Verger Martin, a hillside near Joigny, between Prieuré de Notre-Dame in Joigny; Guillaume Gilet and Guillaume Blegny, religious companions of the priory; and Etienne and Ymbert Lesclange, vineyard workers, entered before Jehan Jolinet and Pierre Boncher, lieutenant of the bailiff of Joigny. Two signatures with notarial signs and a slit at the foot of the document. Remnants of stitching at foot of document. Notes by later hands along left margin and on verso. Slight staining with minimal obscuring of text.
