Agreement entered into by Ernoul for Saint-Amé en Douai and Guillaume de Saigny, who is acting with the consent of his wife Marguerite de Frévin and brother in the Church and abbaye de Saint Vaast in Arras. Dated "le iije jour de januier lan mil [CCCC] quatre vingt et dix." Signature at foot of document over the fold; slits at foot of document. Remnants of stitching along fold. Damage, possibly from rodents, as well as some wear, wrinkling, and soiling along right margin with some obscuring of text. Notes on verso.
