Summary
Copy of an inquest taken after the death of Jacob Parkinson made on the 19th of January in the eighth year of Charles I's reign. Leaves were pinned together; pin removed. Small tears along the creases of leaves 3 and 4; ink blotches on the verso of leaves 2 and 3. Summary notes on verso of leaf 4.
