"Deposicons of witnesses taken at Sherbourne in the County of Dorsett [on the?] twentieth day of Aprill in the three and twentieth yeare of the reign of [our] sovereigne Lord Charles the Second ... in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred [sev?]enty and one."
