The depositions of witnesses, Bejamin Darby of Withicombe and Edward Ray of Bridgewater, before Robert Hunt, Esq., George Ffulford, Esq., and Hugh Hodges, the younger Esq., and interrogatories in the cause of John Odber the younger, Thomas Stroude and his wife Mary (the widow of Parkinson Odber), and John Odber the elder regarding the estate of Parkinson Odber. "Deposicons of witnesses taken at Sherbourne in the County of Dorsett [on the?] twentieth day of Aprill in the three and twentieth yeare of the reign of [our] sovereigne Lord Charles the Second ... in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred [sev?]enty and one." Notes on the left margin of leaf 1, the verso of leaf 14, and on the verso of leaf 25. Holes and/or tears on the left margins. Tearing and damage with loss of text on leaf 25.
