Chirograph containing an indenture between Elizabeth Heasley of Oxfordshire, her son Leonard Heasley of Oxfordshire, her son John Heasley of Sutton in the same county, John Gillet of Irkford and his wife Anne, and Andrew Symes of Ickford, The Heasleys and Gillets sell, assign and set over to Symes executor, administratore, and assigns for land in Ickford. Parties' signatures on the fold. Piece of blue paper, 6 x 2.2 cm, embossed with two seals on left margin, with small square piece of paper with crown and monogram affixed on verso. Five parchment strips through slits at foot of document with entact, red, wax seals. Statements with witness signatures; and notes in ink by a later hand and in pencil by a modern one on verso.
