Chirograph containing indenture of lease between William Salmon of London, carpenter, John Carpenter of London, grocer, and John Champion of London, grocer, to lease two houses on Snow Hill. Form sold by S.P. Piggott, Law Stationer, No. 5 Lambs Building, Inner Temple. Tied with pink ribbon at bottom corners; green ribbon through slits at foot of document with red wax seal. John Champion's signature above the fold. Notes on verso attesting that the document was signed, sealed, and delivered in the presence of Wm. Bickerton. Two rectangles of blue paper embossed with 1 shilling and vi pence and 1 shilling stamps respectively with corresponding monogrammed squares of paper on verso. Soiling on verso.
