Folder 4 contains 2.26.6-2.26.7, 2.27.1-2.27.8, and 2.28.1-2.28.3; folder 5, 3.4.9-3.4.12 and 3.5.16 with much of the text on the verso obscured; folder 6, 3.27.2, 3.38.26-3.38.30, and 3.40.2; folder 7, 3.40.3-3.40.4, 3.49.6, and 3.41.3-3.41.6 with some obscuring of text on the verso. Many wormholes and other signs of damage.

Layout: Two columns of 42-47 lines. Frame-ruled, written below top-line.
Script: Written in littera textualis.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue initials, decorated with flourishes; rubricated titles. Partial headings in red and blue ink extant.
Origin: Most likely written in northern France during the second half of the thirteenth century.
Shelfmark: Berkeley, CA, the Robbins Collection, UC Berkeley School of Law, Robbins MS frag. 24:4.
