Additional interlinear and marginal annotations along with marginalia. Damage with obscuring of text on some leaves.

Layout: Written in two columns of forty-four lines each, with two columns of marginal glosses; written below top-line.
Script: Written in textualis rotunda (littera Bononiensis).
Decoration: Illuminated initial, alternating intials of red and blue with contrasting pen-work flourishes.
Origin: Written in Italy, probably during the late thirteenth or early fourteenth century.
